Home Care Community Opticians

We are a mobile opticians specialising in home visits. We undertake the full eye examination in the client's own premises. This may be in the comfort of the patient's own home, in sheltered or warden assisted accommodation or nursing/residential homes. We also visit a variety of other care establishments including day centres, respite care units and hospital out-patient wards.

Patient types

We test a wide variety of patients including both private and NHS. We welcome all patient types from all age groups. We also test those patients who are capable of visiting a High Street opticians unaccompanied, but who just prefer to have a home test.

Fees

The test and visit fee is free for those patients who qualify.

Spectacle Dispensing

We offer a comprehensive spectacle dispensing service. We have a wide selection of spectacle frames including private and NHS frames. Again free prescription spectacles are available for those who qualify. Delivery and aftercare service is offered as standard.
